FOLH1 and posterior cortical atrophy: Considering that salvage RT (sRT) is a very effective treatment strategy in patients with low PSA levels, typically lower than the thresholds associated with positive findings on PSMA-PET, it is not recommended to postpone sRT until PCa lesions can be identified by PSMA-PET, as doing so may cause PSA to rise and subsequently decrease the chance for cure [25].
