A recent study revealed that TRAF6 undergoes LLPS during lipopolysaccharide (LPS) signalling and further revealed that Suppressor of Fused (Sufu), a key negative regulator of the Hedgehog signalling pathway, prevents LPS-induced NF-κB activation in sepsis by disrupting the LLPS and droplet formation of TRAF6 [16] (Fig. 3).
