The GNAS genotype in IPMN cases showed no significant association with age, sex, abdominal symptoms, and history of pancreatitis, diabetes, extrapancreatic malignancies, or cyst characteristics (Supplementary Table S3, http://links.lww.com/CTG/B338). The gene discussed is GNAS; the disease is pancreatic intraductal papillary-mucinous neoplasm.
