Our study concluded that in non-polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) patients with an anti-Müllerian hormone (AMH) level of ≤2.03 ng/mL - in intermediate responders - when follitropin delta (12 μg) was used in the second IVF cycle, the rate of change in the number of retrieved oocytes was significantly smaller compared to the first cycle. The gene discussed is AMH; the disease is polycystic ovary syndrome.
