Elevated MMP9 expression was primarily linked to Primary immunodeficiency, Viral protein interaction with cytokine and cytokine receptor, NF-kappa B signaling pathway and Intestinal immune network for IgA production, while increased DYSF expression was mainly associated with Glycosaminoglycan biosynthesis-chondroitin sulfate dermatan sulfate, Primary immunodeficiency, Viral protein interaction with cytokine and cytokine receptor, ECM-receptor interaction and NF-kappa B signaling pathway. Here, DYSF is linked to inborn error of immunity.
