MAPT and early-onset autosomal dominant Alzheimer disease: As seen in the surface-based correlation analyses, the pattern of distribution of decreased regional CBF appears in multiple regions, with associations of plasma p-tau181 concentrations and tau PET with CBF converging anatomically particularly in the inferior temporal lobe, the postcentral gyrus, the inferior parietal lobe and the superior parietal lobe, areas typically associated with Alzheimer’s disease pathology.
