CARF and lymphoma: To investigate the correlation between CARF expression and patient prognosis, we performed a volcano plot analysis using data from TCGA database and result showed that high CARF expression was most strongly associated with a lower risk in lymphoma (DLBC), while thyroid cancer (THCA) showed the most significant association with poor prognosis (Figure S4, Supporting Information), consistent with the results of low hazard ratios (HR) of cancers with high CARF expression in Cox proportional hazards regression model analysis (Figure S5, Supporting Information).
