In the future, we can further increase the sample size by collecting data from multiple centers, expanding samples from different ethnic groups, and including clinical samples of end-stage renal disease, to verify the accuracy and specificity of HBM and MYL4 as biomarkers of renal function injury, aiming to provide more evidence for the early identification of high-risk patients and timely measures to slow disease progression and early diagnosis. Here, MYL4 is linked to stage 5 chronic kidney disease.
