Because Glycogen synthase kinase 3β (GSK-3β) regulates epithelial-mesenchymal transition and cancer stem cell properties in triple-negative breast cancer (Jin et al. 2019) and we also found that TRIM47 reduced expression significantly suppressed epithelial-mesenchymal transition marketed with expression abnormality of Snail 1, MMP9, NCAD and vimentin thyroid carcinoma (Fig. 3G), we further investigated this possible interaction between TRIM47 and GSK-3β. Here, MMP9 is linked to triple-negative breast carcinoma.
