Dual immunofluorescence staining further revealed a marked reduction in CD86 expression in microglia (TMEM119‐positive cells) of the DHC‐treated group compared to the transient middle cerebral artery occlusion (tMCAO) group, indicating that DHC might suppress neuroinflammation by inhibiting M1‐type microglial activation (Figure S2).
