Results: Breast cancer patients demonstrated significantly elevated plasma levels of IL-1β, IL-6, IL-8, IL-12 (p40), granulocyte colony-stimulating factor (G-CSF), tumor necrosis factor-alpha (TNF-α), and monocyte chemoattractant protein 1 (MCP-1) compared to controls. Here, CXCL8 is linked to breast cancer.
