In our univariate logistic regression analysis, a total of 12 potential risk factors of CAG in the training dataset showed statistically significant: hypertension, depression, frailty, drinking consumption, smoking consumption, diabetes, family history, HP infection, glucose, pepsinogen I, pepsinogen II and gastrin 17 (p < 0.05), as shown in Table 2. This evidence concerns the gene GAST and major depressive disorder.
