CEACAM5 and familial pancreatic carcinoma: The primary findings of the current study indicated that, for the diagnosis of pancreatic cancer (PC), CEMIP demonstrated the highest diagnostic accuracy (92%) at a cutoff point of > 3.59 ng/ml, outperforming CEA, which exhibited an accuracy of 73.4% at a cutoff point of > 7 ng/ml, and CA19-9, which showed an accuracy of 62.9% at a cutoff point of > 31 ng/ml.
