In a subset of patients (3 controls, 6 AChR-MG and 6 MuSK-MG subjects) we performed t-stochastic neighbor embedding (tSNE) analysis on CD3- CD19+ CD20+ B cells to reduce dimensionality (Figure 1A) We identified naïve, unswitched memory, switched memory, IgD- IgM+ memory, and double negative (DN) populations, with naïve B cells consisting of the largest population. This evidence concerns the gene CD19 and myasthenia gravis.
