CD38 and Miyoshi myopathy: Findings from multiple clinical trials have demonstrated that addition of the anti-CD38 monoclonal antibody isatuximab (Isa) to standard regimens can provide benefit to patients across the therapeutic spectrum for multiple myeloma (MM), in quadruplet combinations for newly diagnosed MM (NDMM) and in triplet combinations for relapsed/refractory MM (RRMM), with a manageable safety profile (1–11).
