The impact of NKAPL on the migration and invasion of NSCLC cells was also investigated via transwell experiments, and the results indicated that the overexpression of NKAPL led to decreased cell migration and invasion, and the differences in migration and invasion capacity between the NKAPL-upregulated group and the control vector group were statistically significant (Fig. 3G, H).
