Western blot analysis demonstrated that bavachin treatment (0–15 μM for 24 h) markedly reduced the phosphorylation levels of ERK1/2 and p38 MAPK in both ES2 (Figure 7(A)) and OV90 (Figure 7(B)) ovarian cancer cells, without affecting the expression of total ERK1/2 and p38 MAPK. Here, MAPK3 is linked to ovarian carcinoma.
