Immunohistochemistry results showed Red-S-100 (+), Red-Melan A (+), Red-KI-67 (+5%), Red-Melanoma (+), P53 (+), Red-P53 (+), and Ki-67 (+).This immunohistochemical profile, particularly the positivity for melanocytic markers (S-100, Melan A, and Melanoma) in conjunction with a low Ki-67 proliferation index of 5%, led to the diagnosis of a pituitary melanocytoma. Here, TP53 is linked to melanoma.
