Past observations made in hepatocellular carcinoma [41], mixed-lineage leukemia (MLL) [42], HER2-driven mammary carcinoma [43], colorectal cancer [44] and TNBC [45] demonstrated an association between high RNF20 and RNF40 levels and worse cancer disease outcomes.
