The top ten proteins for pulmonary embolism also had similar overall importance to the generation of the NN risk score (ENTPD5, TNR, CD200R1, SPINK6, SUSD5, VIT, LYPD3, ISM1, LGALS4, CRTAC1) and four proteins (TNR, CD200R1, LYPD3 and CRTAC1) had an inverse association with disease risk (Fig. 5B).
