As expected, in our cohort, survival analysis identified significant associations between overall and/or relapse-free survival and metastatic site at diagnosis; T, N, and M stages; histology; histologic grade; vascular, lymphatic, and perineural invasion; MSI status; BRAF mutations; infiltrative growth pattern; TB presence; CDX2 expression absence; and molecular subtypes (Figs. 2 and 3 and Tables 3, 4). This evidence concerns the gene CDX2 and tuberculosis.
