This finding was further validated using UALCAN database analysis of TCGA RNA-seq data, which demonstrated marked upregulation of ZWINT in breast cancer tissues (Q1–Q3: 24.331–57.426; n = 1097) versus normal controls (Q1–Q3: 4.732–9.895; n = 114, P = 1.624E−12) (Fig. 1b). The gene discussed is ZWINT; the disease is breast cancer.
