Compared to wild-type cases, significantly higher ZWINT expression was observed in breast cancer patients harboring mutations in TP53 (total mutation rate: 34.321%) (Fig. 5a), MYH7B (total mutation rate: 1.328%) (Fig. 5b), RELN (total mutation rate: 3.269%) (Fig. 5c), RBM26 (total mutation rate: 1.124%) (Fig. 5d), MICAL2 (total mutation rate: 1.021%) (Fig. 5e), DYNC2H1 (total mutation rate: 3.269%) (Fig. 5f), ITSN2 (total mutation rate: 1.226%) (Fig. 5g), and WSCD2 (total mutation rate: 1.124%) (Fig. 5h).
