CD8A and neoplasm: Functionally, the impairment in CD8+ cells proliferation was lost if cells were silenced for Olfr644 or Vmn2r29 (Fig. 3h), and cancer cell migration was impaired when tumor cells were exposed to supernatant from Olfr644−/− and Vmn2r29−/− macrophages compared to control (Fig. 3i and Extended Data Fig. 4h).
