Proliferation assays revealed that silencing ESRP1, MTHFD2, RACGAP1, GRHL2, and SQLE significantly inhibited proliferation (20–62% reduction vs controls, p < 0.05, two‐tailed t‐test) (Figure 6I; Table S7B, Supporting Information), These results establish the contribution of these genes to breast cancer cell growth and highlight their potential as functional candidates in breast cancer development. Here, RACGAP1 is linked to breast carcinoma.
