SQLE and breast carcinoma: Proliferation assays revealed that silencing ESRP1, MTHFD2, RACGAP1, GRHL2, and SQLE significantly inhibited proliferation (20–62% reduction vs controls, p < 0.05, two‐tailed t‐test) (Figure 6I; Table S7B, Supporting Information), These results establish the contribution of these genes to breast cancer cell growth and highlight their potential as functional candidates in breast cancer development.
