In a prospective study on the application of 18F-PSMA-1007 PET/MR in early BCR prostate cancer patients (defined as PSA level ≤0.5 ng/mL) with a comparable median tPSA level of 0.31 ng/mL, patients with PSMA-avid bone metastasis accounted for only 4.8% of all patients (3 of 62 patients) (35). This evidence concerns the gene FOLH1 and prostate carcinoma.
