Further analysis of the TACSDT2 gene at the transcript level in 2 publicly available datasets (SCAN-B and GSE81538) in our study revealed a strong correlation between high TACSDT2 levels and multiple clinico-pathological markers in HR+/HER2- BC, such as low tumor grade, early tumor stage, smaller tumor size, and low Ki67 status. This evidence concerns the gene MKI67 and breast cancer.
