A different anti-CD117 reagent, briquilimab (JSP191), has already been tested as a single reagent or in combination with low-dose irradiation and fludarabine conditioning in a clinical trial for the treatment of patients with minimal residual disease-positive MDS/AML undergoing allogeneic HSCT (NCT04429191), sickle cell disease (NCT05357482), Fanconi anemia (NCT04784052) and SCID patients (NCT02963064).
