In this study, we investigated the role of GPR44, a G-protein coupled receptor of arachidonic acid-derived prostaglandin D<sub>2</sub> (PGD<sub>2</sub>) and its cyclopentenone prostaglandins (CyPGs) metabolites, Δ<sup>12</sup>-PGJ<sub>2</sub> and 15d-PGJ<sub>2</sub>, in regulating selenium metabolism and selenoprotein expression in AML LICs.
