In the EAY131-Y study, 35 patients with AKT1 E17K-mutated metastatic tumors from diverse histologies were treated with the pan-AKT inhibitor capivasertib, achieving an ORR of 28.6% (95% CI: 15–46), including one durable CR lasting 35.6 + months in a patient with endometrioid endometrial adenocarcinoma [90]. This evidence concerns the gene AKT1 and metastatic neoplasm.
