Several trials are investigating ROS1 TKIs in non-NSCLC tumors, including the NCI-MATCH trial subprotocol G, which evaluated crizotinib in rare ROS1-rearranged tumors, showing an ORR of 25% (90% CI: 1.3–75.1) in four patients, with mPFS of 4.3 months and mOS of 6.2 months [60]. Here, ROS1 is linked to non-small cell lung carcinoma.
