CD8A and cancer: Samples with high expression of GJB4 showed lower immune infiltration in seven immune cell groups (endothelial, hematopoietic stem cells, M2 macrophages, mast cells, monocytes, CD4 T cells, and CD8 T cells) and higher immune infiltration in six immune groups (cancer-associated fibroblasts, M0 macrophages, M1 macrophages, myeloid dendritic cells, activated myeloid dendritic cells, and neutrophils) (Figure 2E).
