In terms of immunological status, CD3+ or CD8+ T lymphopenia (HR 2.48, p=0.005 and HR 2.38, p=0.008, respectively) and hypogammaglobulinemia (IgG, IgA or IgM), were associated with a higher risk of late infection (HR 2.18, p=0.036 and HR 2.40, p=0.011 and HR 2.61, p=0.006, respectively).
