TNF and inflammatory bowel disease: Although all children were able to mount an immune response after vaccination regardless of their IBD maintenance immunosuppression, spike antibody levels were significantly lower 3 months after the first vaccine dose in all therapy groups compared to the vedolizumab group in unadjusted comparisons (anti-TNF with IM IgG level mean ratio: 0.17 [95%CI: 0.10–0,30], p < 0.001; anti-TNF monotherapy IgG level mean ratio: 0.26 [95%CI: 0.14–1.00] p = 0.007); steroid therapy IgG level mean ratio: 0.08 [95%CI: 0.01–0.53] p = 0.013) (Table 3).
