Naringenin also demonstrated moderate to strong binding affinity with other urolithiasis and renal protection-related targets, including glycolate oxidase (−8.3 kcal/mol), a key enzyme in oxalate synthesis [50,51], and ACE (−7.9 kcal/mol), involved in the renin–angiotensin system [52].
