Larger GB volumes are also found with distal bile duct obstruction (Courvoisier’s sign), autonomic neuropathy [46,56], gastrointestinal paresis [57], and several drugs (calcium channel blockers, opioids, anticholinergic acting drugs, hormones including estrogen and progesterone, non-steroidal antiphlogistic devices (NSAID), glucagon-like peptide 2-agonists [58]). Here, GCG is linked to autonomic neuropathy.
