ROCK2 and hypophosphatemia: Ruxolitinib, a Janus kinase 1/2 inhibitor (5 mg twice daily), led to multiple hospitalizations for systemic infections, including near-lethal pneumonia, and belumosudil, a rho-associated coiled-coil-containing protein kinase 2 (ROCK-2) pathway inhibitor (200 mg/day), caused severe hypophosphatemia.
