Logistic regression analysis with bleeding status as the dependent variable and ADAMTS7 t0–t2 methylation difference, age, gender, hypertension, DOAC dose and renal function as contributing variables estimated that only hypertension increases bleeding odds (OR 19.22, 95% C.I. 1.78–207.64, p = 0.015), whereas ADAMTS7 demethylation marginally decreases bleeding odds (OR 0.82, 95% C.I. 0.67–0.99, p = 0.043). This evidence concerns the gene ADAMTS7 and hypertensive disorder.
