In order to investigate the expression and regulation of EV-related genes in BC, we systematically selected a panel of molecules (ENPEP, TIMP1, CD36, MARCKS, DAB2, CXCL14, miR-181b-5p, and miR-222-3p) based on their documented significance in the literature and their relevance to EV biology and BC pathogenesis. The gene discussed is CXCL14; the disease is breast cancer.
