IFNB1 and infection: At h 36, the infection with SIV H1N1 (MOI 0.01) induced increases of approximately 20-, 70-, 30-, and 5-fold in IFN-β, Mx1, Mx2, and IFITM1, respectively, while these changes were 90-, 250-, 300-, and 25-fold for SIV H3N2 (MOI 0.01) (Figure 5 and Figure 6).
