CD56+ NK cells from very high-risk ALL patients at diagnosis showed elevated expression of CS1 (61.34%), NKp30 (74.65%), and NKp46 (68.17%) as compared to healthy subjects (39.84%, 46.1%, and 49.9%, respectively), but it was not statistically significant (Figure 3C,G,I). This evidence concerns the gene NCR1 and acute lymphoblastic leukemia.
