At diagnosis, CD56+ NK cells from very high-risk ALL subjects exhibited high expression of CS1, NKp30, and NKp46 as compared to healthy subjects (Figure 3C,G,I) and even after chemotherapy the expression of these receptors did not change significantly but were higher than the expression in healthy subjects (Figure 3D,H,J).
