Conclusions: In general, the present study reveals the oncogenic role of RPLP2 in DLBCL, uncovers an unrecognized regulatory axis of ferroptosis, and identifies a specific inhibitor targeting RPLP2 to restrain DLBCL progression, suggesting that RPLP2 could be a potential target for DLBCL treatment. The gene discussed is RPLP2; the disease is diffuse large B-cell lymphoma.
