Twelve lymphoma cell lines derived from activated B-cell-like diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (ABC DLBCL) (n = 4; TMD8, RCK8, U2932, SUDHL2), germinal center B-cell like (GCB) DLBCL (n = 4; OCILY19, WSU-DLCL2, DOHH2, TOLEDO), and mantle cell lymphoma (MCL) (n = 4; MINO, REC1, GRANTA519, Z138) were exposed to increasing concentrations of the 3BP clinical derivative KAT/3BP for 72 h (Figure 1). The gene discussed is RAD1; the disease is mantle cell lymphoma.
