For the DEGs identified in the FA treatment group, they were mainly enriched in 14 gene pathways: protein digestion and absorption, pancreatic secretion, glycerolipid metabolism, alcoholic liver disease, influenza A, endocytosis, the MAPK signaling pathway, the phosphatidylinositol signaling system, the viral life cycle, human T-cell leukemia virus 1 infection, the bacterial invasion of epithelial cells, the c-type lectin receptor signaling pathway, the neurotrophin signaling pathway, and lysine degradation (Figure 2A). This evidence concerns the gene CLEC4D and alcoholic liver diseases.
