The most strongly upregulated lncRNA—lnc-ARL4C-09—displayed approximately a 250-fold increase (log2 fold change = 7.98), whereas the most strongly downregulated lncRNA—lnc-CTNNBL1-3—displayed approximately a 260-fold reduction (log2 fold change = −8.05) in AD. This evidence concerns the gene CTNNBL1 and Alzheimer disease.
