In pre/post treatment cohort, we identified 23 intersection genes (BUB1, CCNB1, CKS2, DEFB103A, HERC6, IFI16, ISG15, MKI67, MX1, MXD1, NCAPG, OAS2, OAS3, OASL, RSAD2, SAMD9, SCO2, STAT1, TRIM14, UBE2C, UBE2F, UBE2L6, UHRF1) that have been designated as candidate hub genes that may play a key role in the treatment of psoriasis (Fig 4C). The gene discussed is NCAPG; the disease is psoriasis.
