SCO2 and psoriasis: The correlation of 23 genes in pre/post treatment with the outcome of short-term clinical treatment (assessed by PASI scores, which evaluate the degree of improvement in psoriasis following 28 days of continuous medication) revealed that 8 genes (DEFB103A (P = 0.049), OASL (P = 0.026), HERC6 (P = 0.028), ISG15 (P = 0.014), MKI67 (P = 0.004), MX1 (P = 0.016), MXD1 (P = 0.029), SCO2 (P = 0.007)) had statistically significant differences in the prognostic sensitivity of the study drug.
