Secondary outcomes include proteinuria reduction at six months, CR rate (proteinuria <0.5 g/24 h with no more than a 20% decrease in eGFR), PR rate (≥50% proteinuria reduction with proteinuria <3.5 g/24 h and no more than a 20% decrease in eGFR), improvement in serum albumin levels, stabilization of renal function (defined as no more than a 20% decrease in eGFR at six and 12 months), and the incidence of serious adverse events (SAEs), including severe infections such as urinary tract infections (UTIs), pyelonephritis, pneumonia, or other systemic infections requiring hospitalization. This evidence concerns the gene ALB and urinary tract infection.
