Univariate Cox regression analysis identified GLIM-defined malnutrition (p < 0.001), low BMI (p = 0.023), advanced tumor stage (p < 0.001), a VAT SUVmean of ≥0.41 (p < 0.001), an SAT SUVmean of ≥0.33 (p = 0.034), hypoalbuminemia (p = 0.001), low prealbumin levels (p < 0.001), elevated NLR levels (p = 0.016), elevated PLR levels (p = 0.006), adjuvant chemotherapy (p = 0.018), and total gastrectomy (p = 0.031) as RFS risk factors. This evidence concerns the gene TTR and nutritional deficiency disease.
