CD274 and sarcoma: The DUO-E/GOG-3041/ENGOT-EN10 trial was a randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled, multicenter phase III study designed to evaluate whether the addition of the anti–PD-L1 antibody durvalumab to carboplatin and paclitaxel, followed by maintenance therapy with durvalumab alone or in combination with the PARP inhibitor olaparib, could improve outcomes in patients with newly diagnosed advanced (FIGO stage III with measurable disease or stage IV based on the 2009 staging system) or recurrent epithelial endometrial cancer, excluding sarcomas [10].
