EGFR and urinary bladder cancer: Further functional analysis revealed that these genes are involved in neuronal stem cell population maintenance, response to decreased oxygen levels, response to oxygen levels, ovarian follicle development, and positive regulation of cell adhesion(GO) (Figure 11A), and are enriched in pathways related to Bladder cancer, Non-small cell lung cancer, Pancreatic cancer, and EGFR tyrosine kinase inhibitor resistance(KEGG) (Figure 11B).
