The results unraveled that exosome inhibition elevated the M1/M2 ratio in the RA-FLS + M0 + TNF-α and RA-FLS + M0 groups, which was supported by the levels of pro-inflammatory cytokines (IL-6 and TNF-α) and anti-inflammatory cytokines (IL-10 and IL-13). This evidence concerns the gene IL13 and rheumatoid arthritis.
