Although most mice that received transplant with TET2 KO cells succumbed to myeloid leukemia, with a median latency of 104 days, only 1 of 12 mice that received PROSER1 KO cells showed signs of distress and was observed to have transduced cells in the BM and spleen at the time of harvest (Figure 2D-E). The gene discussed is PROSER1; the disease is myeloid leukemia.
